Hemos estado 4 personas durante 5 dias y la estancia a sido muy agradable. Especial atencion merecen ciertas personas:
Diana en recepcion que nos ha ayudado en las actividades que hemos querido realizar con gran profesionalidad.
En el restaurante, donde hemos desayunado y cenado todos los dias, Joel y Jorge nos han hecho sentirnos como en casa, incluso en los momentos en los que la cocina ha tenido problemas, han sabido muy bien como tratar la situacion.
En general, hemos disfrutado y esperamos regresar.

Absolutely fabulous! Beautiful hotel!! Diana at the front desk was amazing! Very informative and helpful! Jesus, Jorge, and Johnathon were also great and very attentive; whether it be helping us with our luggage, serving us meals, or even just pouring drinks at the bar! We loved our stay, plan on coming back, and would highly recommend!

Super vibey, very cool boutique hotel! Great retreat for couples, families, fun for a bride’s getaway with the girls, guys getaway, or just go with good friends for hanging out and enjoying the sea, the pool, the spa, and some fairly good food.
Rooms are simple and well cleaned but who is there to stay in a room?!!
For me, yoga by the sea was so relaxing and a bunch of us joined a meditation session vicariously from the pool-the energy was just enveloping all of us and it was so cool! Just as wonderful was a lovely healing massage and facial to restore the spirit from head to toe.
I would rebook this hotel in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place

Excellent stay, maybe the best so far. The B Unique side is quite nice! Staff was wonderful as always and the facility is amazing! We look forward to our next stay. Marisol, Maria, Jesus, Gabriele, Juan, Francisco and Claudia (2) treated us like royalty. Thank you all !!!

Our vacation was amazing and everything we could have hoped for. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and caring. We can’t wait to bring the whole family back to stay.

Una felicitacion para los meseros, Antonio, Jorge y Alfonso. Excelente su atencion.
Una observacion es que en la hab que yo me dormi el AA ya esta algo viejo y suena muy fuerte ya no le funciona el sleep. Tl vez les sea de utilidad el dato. pero en general excelente sobre todo en lugar y servicio. Ahh un detalle mas que me parece importante es que no es lo mismo comprar un day pass que ser huesped por lo que solo day pass les deberían de dar solo acceso a b antiguo no recuerdo como le dicen y al nuevo solo a huespedes, hay gente o al menos eso observe pesada que ademas de creerse mucho alegan dos pesos y tratan mal a personal yque se portan tan educados que solo merecen de la parte del huesped o invitado una buena propina por la atencion y no majaderias, yo observe un hecho lamentable por parte de un grupo local day pass que no les deberian dejar accesar mas. Y pues esos mis comentarios.

My only comment revolves around your day passes. I usually arrive via a cruise ship and really love your hotel. I go there many times per year. I always book a room so that I have a place to change, private restroom, convenience, etc. This gave me access to the entire property which I also like. I liked the fact that you limited day pass users to a separate area, however on my last visit I heard that now you are offering day passes to the entire property. This rather takes away from the very thing that makes you special aka unique in that the one area is very upscale, secluded and private with not a lot of people. That's why I spend the extra money on a hotel room and give up the food/beverage credit. I am willing to spend my own money for food and drinks. Just thought I would give you a little feedback. I love your hotel and would hate to have the atmosphere changed. Love Hotel B Cozumel!
